Types of Business Insurance Available
BusinessOwners Policies
These policies provide a package of property and liability coverages to cover a wide array of businesses – from main street mercantile to convenience stores, office buildings, professionals, and many other types of business.
Commercial Property Insurance
These policies cover nearly every sort of business property, including many classes of business that would not ge eligible for a businessowners policy.
Commercial General Liability (CGL)
A CGL policy covers the liability incurred out of operation of your business.
Commercial Excess Liability
A commercial excess liability provides an additional amount of liability coverage over and above what is available under a CGL policy. A CGL policy and commercial auto policy are usually required.
Commercial Auto Policy
A commercial auto policy covers the vehicles owned by your company and the liabilities that arise from autos used in the course of your business.
Tools & Equipment
A type of policy called an inland marine policy can used to cover your tools and equipment. It can provide coverage both on, and off, your premises.
Professional Liability
A professional liability policy covers your business for its liability arising out of how your business performs its obligations. It covers claims from things like negligence, misrepresentation, and inaccurate advice.
Cyber Liability Insurance
Cyber liability protects your business from computer-related claims. Cyber insurance generally covers your business’ liability for a data breach involving sensitive customer information, such as Social Security numbers, credit card numbers, account numbers, driver’s license numbers, and health records.
